Does it cost anything to submit a deal?
No. Submitting a deal to AIToolsay is free, and it always has been. We review every submission by hand and publish the ones that are genuine, clearly described and still live.

Who is allowed to submit a deal?
Verified company accounts, AI SaaS companies, AI tool and API providers, AI startups, and approved marketing partners. If you are none of those but you represent the product, you can still submit as a guest — you just have to verify a work email on the product's own domain before we review it.

Can I submit a deal for a product I do not own?
No. Every submission requires you to confirm you are authorised to offer the deal. Affiliate links to someone else's product without their involvement are rejected, and repeat attempts get the submitting domain blocked.

Review

How long does review take?
Most deals are reviewed within two business days. We check the coupon actually works, the prices match your own pricing page, and the expiry date is real. Deals from verified company accounts move through faster because the identity check is already done.

Why was my deal rejected?
The usual reasons are a coupon code that does not work, a discount that does not match the product's public pricing, an expiry date already in the past, or a redemption link that lands on a homepage instead of the offer. You will get the specific reason by email and you can fix and resubmit.

Is anything published automatically?
Never. No deal reaches the directory without a person approving it.

Managing

Can I edit a deal after it is published?
Yes. Edits to a published deal go back through a short review before they go live, so a published listing can never be quietly swapped for something else. Prices, expiry dates and coupon codes are the fields we look at most closely.

What happens when my deal expires?
It moves to Expired and stops appearing in the directory. We email you a few days before, and you can renew it with a new expiry date from your dashboard in one click — no need to fill the form in again.

Can I pause a deal without deleting it?
Yes. Pausing hides the deal from the directory immediately and keeps all of its analytics. Unpausing puts it straight back, provided it has not expired in the meantime.

Performance

What analytics do I get?
Views, clicks on the claim button, coupon copies, conversion rate, and breakdowns by country, device and traffic source — daily, for the life of the deal.

How do I get featured?
Featured slots go to deals with a genuine, substantial discount, a working code, complete media and a company account we have verified. We select them by hand from what is already live.
