Refund Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to everything paid on aitoolsay.com — advertising placements, featured and verified listings, homepage and category spotlights, sponsored articles, guest posts, press releases, link insertions, listing updates and recurring plans.

The free AI tools are free. There is nothing to refund and no account to cancel.

The 14-day cooling-off period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to change your mind. If delivery has not yet started, you get a full refund and you do not need to give a reason.

"Delivery has started" means the point at which we begin work you cannot un-do — a placement goes live, an article is written, a listing is published, or a campaign begins serving. Up to that moment, cancelling costs you nothing.

Where you are a consumer in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with statutory distance-selling rights, this period is in addition to — never instead of — the rights the law gives you.

Refunds at a glance

Recurring plans

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to contact@aitoolsay.com.

• Cancelling stops the next renewal. It is never a penalty and there is no exit fee.
• Mid-period cancellation is refunded pro-rata for the unused remainder of the period you have already paid for.
• Your placement runs until the end of the paid period unless you ask us to take it down sooner.
• We email before each renewal on annual plans, so a renewal is never a surprise charge.

What is not refundable

We are direct about this so nobody is surprised at the point they want their money back:

• Published editorial work. Once a guest post, sponsored article or press release is live it has been indexed, linked and possibly shared. It cannot be un-published in any meaningful sense, so it is not refundable.
• Impressions and clicks already delivered. On a pay-per-click or impression-based product, traffic already delivered has been delivered.
• Placements removed for breaching our terms. If we take something down because it violated the Terms of Service, there is no refund. We will always explain what the breach was.
• Results. We sell placement, visibility and reach. We do not sell rankings, conversions, sales or a specific traffic number, and we cannot refund on the basis that a campaign underperformed your expectations.
• Change of mind after 14 days, where delivery has started.

If something went wrong

The table above is the default, not a wall. If a placement did not appear, appeared in the wrong slot, ran for less time than you paid for, or was materially different from what was described, that is our problem to fix — not a refund request you have to win.

Write to contact@aitoolsay.com with your order reference and what went wrong. We will re-run the placement, extend it, or refund it. We would rather resolve it than keep the money and lose the customer.

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@aitoolsay.com from the address used for the order.
2. Include your order reference or invoice number, the product, and one line on why.
3. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
4. We decide within 5 business days and tell you either way, with a reason.
5. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You can also use the contact form. Email is faster because it carries your order details with it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds always go back to the original payment method — we cannot redirect one to a different card, account or wallet, which is a fraud-prevention rule our processors impose rather than a preference of ours.

Once we release a refund the remaining time is with your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days and occasionally up to a full billing cycle. Where the original payment was in a different currency, exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund is set by your bank and outside our control.

Payment-processor fees are not deducted from your refund. Where we refund, we refund what you paid.

Taxes

Where tax was charged, it is refunded in the same proportion as the refund itself. A full refund returns the tax in full; a pro-rata refund returns the tax pro-rata.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback freezes the transaction, takes weeks, and stops us resolving the underlying problem — which is usually something we could have fixed in a day.

Where we receive a chargeback we will respond to the issuer with the order and delivery record. We may suspend live placements on the disputed order while the dispute is open. We do not treat a good-faith dispute as a reason to refuse you service afterwards.

Cancellation by us

We may decline or withdraw a placement that conflicts with our editorial standards, our acceptable-use rules or applicable advertising law. Where we do so before delivery, you are refunded in full. Where we do so after delivery has started because the content breached our terms, no refund is due — and we will set out exactly which term was breached.

If we discontinue a product you have an active subscription to, we refund the unused remainder in full and give reasonable notice first.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights — including any right to cancel a distance contract and rights in respect of services not supplied with reasonable care and skill — apply in addition to everything above, and this policy does not override them.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India and forms part of our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force on the day you bought — a later change never reduces the refund rights attached to an order you already placed.
